Overview:
These package prices are based on a 12,000 sq.ft. minimum. Any lawn over 12,000 sq.ft will be priced according to the additional square footage.
Annual Price $1,100 or $91.66 per month
- Five applications of fertilizer
- Two applications of pre-emergent herbicide for crabgrass control
- Three applications of broadleaf (winter annual) weed killer
- One application of Brown Patch control
- One pass aeration
- Overseed with high quality Fescue seed
- One Soil Analysis (if required)
- Two applications of ornamental fertilizer
- Deep root injection for ornamental trees (where needed)
- One application insect control (Japanese Beetles, White Grub, Army Worm and Aphid)
Annual Price $850 or $70.83 per month
- Five applications of fertilizer
- Two applications of pre-emergent herbicide for crabgrass control
- Three applications of broadleaf (winter annual) weed killer
- Three applications of Iron for summer color
- One pass aeration
- Overseed with high quality Fescue seed
- One Soil Analysis (if required)
- One application insect control (Japanese Beetles, White Grub, Army Worm and Aphid)
Annual Price: $550 or $45.83 per month
