Treatment Plans for Homeowners
Killingsworth offers three basic packages:
- Termite Warranty
The Termite Warranty includes a yearly inspection and perimeter spray around the outside foundation wall of your home. The warranty may cover damages depending on the coverage issued on your home.
- Termite Warranty Plus Wood Destroying Insect Protection
This package gives you coverage for termites as well as wood destroying insects (carpenter ants, carpenter bees, wood bores, and powder post beetles).
- Termite Plus Wood Destroying Insects Plus Pest Control
This package gives you coverage for termites as well
as wood destroying insects (carpenter ants, carpenter
bees, wood bores, and powder post beetles). This package
also gives you coverage for pest control. We do a total
treatment throughout your home and a quarter acre yard
spray. We come back anytime during the year to retreat
for live bugs in the home at no additional charge.
All pest control packages can be tailored to meet the customer's specific needs.
