I want to take a minute to express my appreciation for the excellent service provided recently by Frank and Natalie.
Last weekend, we received a call from one of our largest clients in a panic because of termite swarmers in a sensitive area. Because it was late on Saturday, I called Frank directly. Frank immediately went to work attempting to get someone on site before Monday and stayed in frequent contact with me along the way.
Yesterday evening, one of my staff sent Natalie an email about a similar situation in yet another large client location. Even though it was almost 7:00 PM on Friday, Natalie responded within minutes with an offer to have on of your inspectors on sight around 8:00 on Saturday morning.
