Water Restoration Inspection & Clean Up
The most important part of our Charlotte Water Restoration service just might be how fast we can get to your location to address the problem. We have 24/7 service and that is so important when you have a steady flow of water flowing in your house.
The first step of our water restoration process is the inspection. We will inspect all infected areas before starting our water restoration treatment. When we get to your home or place of business we fully inspect the severity of the water damage. Before we get started on the water extraction and water restoration treatment, we first have to pull all of the objects out of the space. Any furniture or household items will be pulled out of the rooms. This not only clears the space of any obstacles, but it also allows us to work on any water damage that may have happened to your furniture. We will also pull out any wet drywall or insulation.
We use state-of-the-art water restoration equipment to inspect all wet areas. Our thermal imagery cameras will pick up wet areas that are unseen by the eye. We also use moisture meters and probes that will measure the percentage of moisture in the structure. A heat chamber is created to contain wet areas. We seal off these chambers so that we can focus the heat in these areas.
Then, we set up all of our water restoration equipment including dehumidifiers, air movers, E-TES heaters, Injectidry systems and the truck mount to begin the water extraction process.
