Dear Mr. Rogers,
This year we had problems with both a mice infestation and a Eastern black snake in the storage space above our garage. Both problems have been dealt with successfully as of this date, and I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge and thank three of the professionals on your team who cam to our house over the past several weeks.
One is Trevor Butler. Trevor should start his own business and call it "Snakes Are Us." Trevor's knowledge about snakes is outstanding. He removed the snake from our house, and was extremely professional, informative, and courteous to my wife and I.
Speaking of professional, I also want to thank and compliment Archie Graham. In addition to being very professional, Archie is a true gentleman whose customer-centric attitude is a compliment to both him and to your company. Archie made more than one visit to inspect the mice bait and sticky traps, and each time he was here, he showed by his actions and his approach that there wasn't anything he wouldn't do to help resolve our problem.
Last, but certainly not least, is Alvaro Rojas. We knew Alvaro from our annual termite inspections, and have always appreciated his thoroughness and positive attitude. However, on his last visit here his focus was on locating a dead mouse whose foul smell was nearly unbearable. With the determination of a man clearly on a mission, Alvaro kept looking for the little stinky creature with the determination of a pit bull. He eventually found it in a very cramped section of the storage space where the roof line left little room for an ordinary man to navigate. However, Alwaro has "powers"beyond mortal men, and accomplished his mission with great perseverance and drive. His tenacity is remarkable.
Our thanks and appreciation go out to each of these gentlemen, and we wanted you to know how pleased we were with them.
